Episode 46 Show Notes
Joining me on the podcast this week is my dear friend Natalie Small, founder of Groundswell Community Project. Natalie is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, an environmentalist, a boat captain, and one of the best surfers I know!
Natalie and I first met back in early 2019 in the small surf town of Huanchaco, Peru. In this episode, we talk about the ancient, matriarchal cultures of Peru, our shared love of surfing, lessons learned from Mother Nature, reclaiming our body wisdom, understanding our feminine power, and much more.
Natalie Small and the women of Groundswell Community Project are on a mission to, “create a safe, brave, and inclusive space for individuals and communities around the globe to reclaim their healing, power, and belonging through Mother Ocean’s Waves.”
Check out the Groundswell Community Project website, Instagram and TickTock to learn more about their awesome work and find out how you can get involved!
You can also connect with Natalie Small and learn about her therapy practice by visiting her website and her personal IG account.
