Ayurveda, simply put, is a holistic process of discovering your body’s unique constitution, identifying current imbalances, and optimizing your health by integrating mind, body, and spirit. We do this by connecting to the cycles of nature through mindfulness practices, herbal remedies, intentional food choices, and other lifestyle changes.

Ayurveda is the traditional medicine system of the Indian subcontinent that has been practiced and perfected over the past 5,000 years. My unique approach also draws from modern science and the latest self-development techniques to create truly holistic healing.

I personally discovered the healing power of Ayurveda about 4 years ago while living in Nepal. This alternative approach to healing resonated with me deeply. Through my studies, I have experienced major, lasting improvements in my health while getting to know myself on a much deeper level. I am honored to be a conduit of these teachings as a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach.

I created this program for people who are looking to heal health and wellness issues while getting to know their bodies on a deeper level and, most importantly, having fun! The following are some examples of health issues that I can help you with: digestive problems, menstrual pain, PMS, fatigue, trouble sleeping, skin health, etc.

THE FLOW

Our program begins with a comprehensive intake process to explore your current health, lifestyle, and well-being. We will identify your inherent constitution (prakruit) and your current imbalances (vikruti). 

I will then develop a five-session plan to address your health concerns. We will meet every other week for a total of five wellness coaching sessions. During our calls, I will coach you through the implementation of your unique healing process. Your plan may include personalized nourishing rituals, mindfulness practices, nutrition guidelines, homemade skincare products, herbs, etc. as needed to support your health.

Enacting even a few of Eva’s Ayurvedic recommendations transformed my health—and they were so easy to fit into my lifestyle. I learned how to work with my body and my unique disposition rather than against it. 

I have noticeably more energy and overall just feel stronger, more confident, and less stressed. My gums and teeth—which have always been a struggle for me—feel like they’re getting healthier day by day. I also learned some simple tweaks to improve my digestion, which drastically improved my sleep and energy. 

I have become someone who trusts listening to herself rather than taking advice from others which may or may not work for my unique body and circumstances.
